Announcement of1st CAMaD Seminar on Vaccine Development

Date: October 3rd (Thursday), 16:00 - 17:30 (1-hour lecture and 30-minute Q&A session).
Location: Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Taniguchi Memorial Hall.
Speaker: Dr. Yasuyuki Gomi, (Technical Research Center, BIKEN Co.,Ltd. Division Manager).
Topic: Vaccine Development-Based on Case Studies.
Format: Hybrid (Pre-registration required for web participants) - Free of charge.

Center for Advanced Modalities and Drug Delivery System (CAMaD), Osaka University is organizing a seminar featuring external speakers from industry, government, and academia to foster talent development and gather the latest information on infectious disease vaccine development. While the seminar will include topics from the foundational field, the primary focus will be on development and applied areas. This is the first edition of the seminar, with plans to continue hosting it in the future.

The program is open to those involved in the AMED SCARDA "Japan Initiative for World-leading Vaccine Research and Development Centers" implementing institutions, or undergraduate and graduate students of Osaka University.
